What this is
The client profile is a structured record of the company being audited. It supplies the baseline context, company description, industry, size, geography, and key priorities, that every downstream AI step (web intelligence, analysis, frameworks, memos) draws on. A complete profile produces significantly better analysis output than a sparse one. Before you start
- Your project must already exist. See Project setup.
- Gather basic information about the client: their website URL, a short description of what they do, company size, primary industry, and any known AI initiatives or pain points.
- You do not need to have everything; incomplete profiles can be filled in incrementally before you run analysis.
Procedure
- Open your project and click Client Profile in the left navigation or lifecycle stepper.
- Complete the Company overview fields:
- Company name, the legal or trading name.
- Website, used as the seed URL for web intelligence.
- Industry, select the closest match from the list.
- Company size, headcount band (e.g. 50–200, 200–1000).
- Geography, primary operating region.
- Write a Company description (2–5 sentences). Describe what the company does, who their customers are, and any context relevant to an AI readiness assessment.
- Optionally add Key contacts, names and roles of the primary stakeholders you will be auditing. These pre-populate the interview capture step.
- Click Save profile.
Limits and gating
- The profile must be saved before you can advance to web intelligence or discovery.
- The Company description field accepts plain text only; markdown and HTML are stripped.
- There is no field-level character limit, but descriptions over ~500 words do not improve AI output meaningfully.
