Prerequisites
- Your account must be on the Team or Enterprise plan.
- Only users with the Admin role can manage seats and invitations.
Roles
Audity supports two roles on the Team plan:
Enterprise plans can configure additional custom roles. Contact your account manager for details.
Viewing your current seats
- Go to Dashboard → Admin → Users.
- The users table lists every active team member, their role, and the date they joined.
- Pending invitations appear in a separate section until accepted.
Adding a seat
Before you invite a new teammate you need an open seat. If all seats are filled, you must purchase an additional seat first, see Team billing. To add a seat:- Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
- In the Seats section, use the seats selector to increase your seat count.
- Confirm the prorated charge in the Paddle checkout.
Inviting a teammate
Once an open seat is available:- Go to Dashboard → Admin → Users.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the teammate’s email address and select their role (Admin or Member).
- Click Send invite.
Changing a member’s role
- Go to Dashboard → Admin → Users.
- Find the member in the table.
- Click the role badge next to their name and select the new role from the dropdown.
Removing a teammate
- Go to Dashboard → Admin → Users.
- Click the overflow menu (⋯) next to the member.
- Select Remove from team.
