When your account has more than one active member, the Audity dashboard switches into team mode. This page explains what changes and how to get the most out of the shared workspace.

Shared project visibility

On a Solo plan, the dashboard shows only projects that belong to your account. On the Team plan, every member sees all projects created by any teammate.
  • Projects are listed in a unified table sorted by last-updated date.
  • A Created by column shows which team member started each project.
  • Filters for owner, status, and date range apply across all team projects.
You cannot hide a project from specific teammates on the Team plan. If you need project-level access controls, contact sales about Enterprise.

Team activity feed

The dashboard home page includes a Team activity panel that surfaces recent actions across all members:
  • Audits started or completed
  • New leads added
  • Reports exported
  • Members invited or removed
The feed is read-only and updates in real time. You cannot comment or react to activity items.

Notifications

Audity sends notifications when:
EventWho receives it
An audit you started completesYou
An audit started by any teammate completesAll Admins
A new member accepts an invitationAll Admins
A seat is added or removedAll Admins
Notification delivery is via email. In-app notification badges appear in the top navigation bar. Members only receive notifications for their own audits unless they are an Admin.

Team-aware Lead Detail Modal

When you open a lead from the Leads table, the Lead Detail Modal shows additional context in team mode:
  • Assigned to, which teammate (if any) is working on this lead.
  • Last activity, the most recent action taken on this lead by any team member.
  • Audit history, all audits run against this lead, regardless of who ran them.
To assign a lead to a teammate:
  1. Open the lead from the Leads table.
  2. Click the Assigned to field.
  3. Select a teammate from the dropdown.
Assignment is informational only, it does not restrict other members from viewing or editing the lead.

Filtering by teammate

Use the Owner filter on the Projects or Leads table to focus on a single teammate’s work. This is useful for workload reviews or handoffs when someone leaves the team.
