List Nucleus captures

Captures are units of information ingested into Nucleus: text notes, transcripts, voice notes, emails, calendar entries, etc. Each capture is processed by an Inngest background job that extracts structured items (action items, decisions, key insights).

Response wrapper: { captures: NucleusCapture[] }. Filter by channel, status, or project.
